WETS REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

All refunds will be less the processing fee incurred when you registered. (2.9% +.30)

REFUNDS: If a Request is made more than 10 days prior to the beginning of class, a student may reschedule OR request a refund. ALL rescheduled courses MUST be completed within 90 days of the original class date OR this registration will be forfeited.

RESCHEDULE: If a Request is made less than 10 days before the class start date, a student may reschedule. Students are allowed to reschedule ONCE. ALL rescheduled courses MUST be completed within 90 days of the original class date OR this registration will be forfeited.

NO SHOWS: If a Request is made less than 5 days before the class start date, a student will be considered a NO SHOW & WILL FORFEIT THE REGISTRATION. (This is done because your registration kept us from selling that seat to another student)  IF this happens, you would need to purchase the seat again.

TCEQ Note: Approved training providers are responsible for submitting approved training to TCEQ. Please allow 30 days from the last date of the training session for a record to appear in the search results.
