Irrigation Auditing CEU Course
Course Objectives
After completing this 8 hour course on Irrigation Auditing the student will be able to:
Ø List the steps needed to perform an irrigation audit.
Ø Gather site data and perform site inspections.
Ø Audit a functioning irrigation system using catch cans (hands on).
Ø Calculate DU and precipitation rate.
Ø Calculate correct run times station by station.
Ø Develop water schedules based on weather.
Ø Recommend changes to increase an irrigation system’s efficiency.
